This on-line store is for US and Canadian customers only, customers from other countries please use this link to our European store www.grips4u.eu.  We cannot ship grips from the U.S. to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada; please use the www.grips4u.eu website for orders to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.

Canadian and other buyers outside the United States - YOU are responsible for any Customs or Duty fees imposed by your country. 

We do NOT recommend nor will we be responsible for the use of freight forwarders, shipping services or other third-party entities for having our products sent outside our coverage area, as some of the entities are less than honest or may refuse to actually send your order.

Please read ALL the following information, as it reflects the most common questions we receive regarding payments!

NOTE: Your order is not placed by simply adding the item to your cart.  The item is not "purchased" until you complete payment as well.  Orders are removed after a period of time if they are not paid for; the cart is NOT a way to reserve an item that you would like. 

NOTE: We do not receive ANY credit card information, and no such info is on our system at all.  When you pay, you are paying via PayPal; we received no info on your card (not even WHAT card!) as PayPal keeps that to themselves.

NOTE: We do not recommend the use of wireless devices (i.e. smartphones, tablets) for e-commerce orders as their connections are often unreliable and subject to interference and open access if in a public area.

  • NOTE: Our credit card processing is handled by Paypal, so when you've approved the item(s) you want in your card, you will be taken to a PayPal screen to enter the rest of your information, including your credit/debit card info. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE OUR SYSTEM.

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.  HOWEVER, if you do not have a credit card or do not wish to use a card on the internet (we understand concerns of security), please contact us anyway.  We DO NOT get any credit card information from PayPal, and their site is secure.  We do not store any such info on our site at all because of our desire for security as well.

If you contact us before ordering we may be able to have you use a USPS Money Order, but YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST for information on how to pay with a USPS Money Order..

NOTE: We do not accept American Express credit cards for payment at this time.

When using PayPal for payment, your order's shipping address must match the shipping address provided by PayPal; we cannot ship to an address other than what you have listed within PayPal.  PayPal requires us to send to the "Ship To" address in their system; you are responsible for ensuring this is correct.  This is for your protection!

NOTE: COVID-19 has caused many delays, especially in shipping via First Class; Priority Mail seems to have fewer delays, if any, so we recommend the use of Priority Mail for your order.

We cannot accept PayPal eChecks since payment is not received from PayPal for 3-5 business days, and your order is not placed until payment is received.  Therefore we may not have your item in stock when your payment finally arrives after being held for a time by PayPal.

Payment processing occurs at the time an order is placed, not when the order is shipped. Accordingly, if a customer places an order for an item that is out of stock and backordered, the credit card will be processed at the time the order is placed, not after the order actually ships. If you are purchasing an item that is temporarily out of stock, be advised that your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is placed. If you have any questions about the status of Out of Stock items, please contact us.  Your payment MUST be received for your order to be processed; unpaid orders are considered incomplete and will be removed from the system if not completed by making payment within two hours of placing your order.  Unpaid orders DO NOT "hold" the items for you; a paid order is needed to have the item(s) shipped to you.

NOTE: When paying for your order by credit card, the processing may take a few seconds to complete; do not press the "backspace" key or click "go back" on your browser, as you will interrupt the payment processing, and your order payment may not be processed properly.

If you don't have a credit or debit card, or prefer to avoid using cards or PayPal, please contact us as we can arrange other payment methods with you.  We must hear from you first, however; do not send checks or other paper payment without first having us arrange and approve such methods.  We can accept USPS Money Orders after approval, for example.

 

Please make sure your e-mail address is correct.  If it is not correct we cannot contact you, and you will not receive any notifications we send or updates on your order.  You are responsible for ensuring that the e-mail, shipping and billing addresses you enter are valid.  Incorrect information will only delay your order, especially if we must then contact you.

Privacy policy: We never exchange your information with any person or company. We consider your information to be personal and confidential. We understand your concerns about Internet security and we employ the latest technology in our online ordering process SSL (Secure Socket Layer Technology). All information is encrypted for your safety.

For your safety, we DO NOT have access to any of your credit card information, nor do we retain anything pertaining to your payment.  Please understand that we cannot simply add an item to your card later unless you provide the information to us again.  At no time do we have access to your card information.

Some states are now charging sales tax on internet purchases.  We have no control over this at all, but when paying for your order, PayPal will show you the costs of your order for the item(s), shipping, taxes (if any) and so on.
